Poster Design
MISSION–
For this project, I was tasked to create a poster celebrating the bicycle company, Trek, inspired by vintage bicycle posters. The center of attention for this design is Trek's Madone race bike.
SOLUTION–
Intense speed and aerodynamics– key characteristics of the Madone– are depicted as the rider races down the back of a Peregrine Falcon; the fastest bird in the world. I chose to play with a grain texture and limited color palette in the piece to really bring together that vintage feel. I worked with Trek’s branding guidelines as well to ensure a quality poster that remained consistent with their brand.
